After 26 successfull years as a commercial realtor in London, Knute moved up permanently to Ontario's ski country and subsequently joined Colliers' (London), based in near Collingwood, where he has now immersed himself into the Georgian Triangle's active multi-residential development market.
As the region's need for more retail/commercial real estate expertise grows, Knute looks forward to taking advantage of his past and also varied experience in commercial & industrial sales and leasing.
Outside of commercial real estate, one of Knute's most profound accomplishments came in the ski industry : not only did he work his way up the industry ladder quicker than most (see his educational certifications below) , but he then took advantage of these accomplishments by running (what came to be known) as one of Canada's top ski schools at Beaver Valley, Ontario.
Soon after, he was appointed General Manager. It was here where he honed his organizational, sales and marketing skills.
