Karin Thielmann

Karin joined Colliers as Brokerage Analyst on the Investment Team in 2022 after being in the industry for 10 years as a Senior Analyst at Artis REIT. She has a strong background in underwriting and due diligence having worked on over $2 Billion in acquisitions and $2 Billion in dispositions. Her analysis supported decision making that dramatically increased portfolio book value and helped green light decisions to enter new markets. She has worked closely with brokers across Canada when the REIT was selling or acquiring assets. This experience has her well positioned to help both with the due diligence/underwriting and managing/facilitating of transactions for clients, so they are able to achieve their investment goals.
