Joey has a strong background in property and project management, mechanical engineering, and construction.
Prior to Colliers, Joey managed real estate investments for a high net worth investor / venture capital firm. Other experience includes project management of commercial building conversions, on site construction coordination for multifamily, and on site maintenance, touring, and renovation management of two 50+ unit Toronto apartment buildings. Joey holds a degree in mechanical engineering, lending to the team a comprehensive understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems.
