Jarrett specializes in finding real estate solutions for business challenges, with a focus on tenant representation that is concentrated
in Calgary’s downtown office leasing market. Together with my partner, Dan Lannon, we have created a methodology to truly
understand our clients’ business and industries, giving them unique insights into their operations and positively impacting key
business drivers, including productivity, culture, engagement, retention/attraction, brand, and operational efficiency.

Jarrett has worked with early-stage startups to firms comprising over 100,000 square feet across number sectors. Understanding
office trends, incorporating workplace strategy, and having a well-versed understanding of Calgary’s market has allowed Jarrett
