Eric Margo

Eric works alongside Ben Williams, an annual top producing professional at Colliers International, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the GTA West Market. Eric's team has transacted over $600 million worth of industrial real estate, representing over 12.3 million square feet. Eric is a driven individual, who prides himself on his work ethic, relationship-building skills, accountability, and client-driven thinking. Together, Eric's skills & attributes help produce forward-thinking solutions for each client's unique business needs. 

Prior to joining Colliers, Eric graduated with a BAH in Applied Economics at Queen's University, while competing for the Queen's University Men's Hockey Team.  Eric's education has allowed him to identify, describe and improve the strategies and incentives used by individuals & businesses, in order to best optimize their Real Estate needs.
