About Me
Craig is the Senior Manager, Asset Management, Western Region at Colliers. In his role, Craig oversees and supports the asset management and leasing activities for institutional real estate portfolios concentrated in Western Canada. He is responsible for the performance and strategic direction of property assets on behalf of Colliers’s clients. He currently manages over 1.5MM square feet of office and retail real estate.
Craig brings 10 years of asset management experience covering major Canadian markets, with a focus on Calgary and Alberta. Prior to joining Colliers, Craig was a trusted advisor on over $1 billion in real estate investment transactions across multiple assets classes. Craig also brings extensive experience in mortgage financing, multi-family development and real estate technology & innovation. Craig’s value-add approach to his role as Asset Manager helps achieve strong results for his clients.
Craig received a B.Comm in Finance from the University of Alberta. He currently sits on the Developing Leaders Committee for NAIOP - Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
