Connie is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in industrial and office sales and leasing. She has established herself as a market leader in industrial and office sales and leasing across Nova Scotia. Prior to joining the Colliers’ team, Connie spent 8 years with a boutique commercial brokerage where she had the opportunity to gain firsthand industry experience and exposure to both leasing and sales of industrial, office and land transactions. This foundation has allowed Connie to evolve her business over the years to concentrate on both industrial and office investment sales.
Connie’s attention to the ongoing market trends allows her to find and present unique market intelligence to her clients. Connie’s success is attributed to work ethic, client orientated approach, listening to clients’ needs and wants, as well as strong leadership skills.
Before stating her career in brokerage work, Connie gained exposure to business development, sales and marketing by owner/manager of business centres and collaborative workspaces.
