About Me
Austin works collaboratively in a co-leadership role within Colliers Logistics & Industrial Occupier Services Team, his attention to detail and early exposure to high-profile files have allowed him to progress his knowledge of the industry at a rapid pace. His exposure to the industry begun at an early age, learning from his father and industry veteran, Austin involved himself in numerous summer internships at Colliers before joining the team in 2019. Now, Austin regularly supports and works with industrial occupiers, investors and developers on their real estate strategies with the shared goal of flawless execution of each real estate transaction.
Austin's approach to work is action-orientated, responsive and attentive. Core aspects of his business mindset he developed as a young entrepreneur. Driven to exceed expectations, he is absolutely committed to the success of his clients. He prides himself in his communication skills and frequent collaboration within his team and colleagues. As a young, hard-working professional, Austin’s early success comes from working regularly within and outside his network to ensure his clients needs are met.

Austin majored in Globalization Studies at Western University, a program that complimented his unabating curiosities about people, business and life. The program provides students with the opportunity to explore the incredibly complex idea of globalization from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Core courses from the Social Sciences, Humanities, Health Sciences and Science faculties allowing him to study and practice a wide-variety of topics and skills. Austin particularly enjoyed courses in marketing, urban development, economics and personal finance; Many of his educational endeavors emphasized his interest in real estate.
Austin continues to work towards earning the prestigous Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, with its members being recognized as being the leading experts in commercial investment real estate and negotiation across North America. CCIM also provides the opportunity for regular engagement and course-work, having already completed numerous specialized courses in financial underwriting, and harnessing GIS systems for analysis.
