Vanya Ruteva

Vanya Ruteva joined Colliers in 2014 as a Facility Manager of an 12 000 sq.m. office building in Sofia - Antim Tower. Since then, she has been working in the field of Facility and Property management for different clients, providing the overall management of their properties and developing valuable landlord-tenant relationship. Some of the successfully managed buildings are Retail Park Varna, Antim Tower, San Stefano Plaza, East Park Trade Center.   

Her professional experience also covers execution of projects management and move management mandates in the field of offices reconstruction and creation of new office space for the clients. During her career in Colliers International, she has been working with various types of clients and fit-out projects such as: Deloitte, Servier, Beiersdorf, Alorica, Amadeus, Milestone, European Investment Bank, Xerox, Poker Stars and JDE. 

Within this background Vanya mastered her skills and abilities for communication, quality implementation of the entrusted management projects, operational efficiency and achievement of corporate goals. 

As a part of REMS, Vanya has contributed to the improvement of the department in the field of Facility and Property management, providing prfoessional services for office buildings, retail centers and multifunctional trade centes.

As a Project manager, she actively works for the structuring  and sequence of the execution of each phase in a project, standardizing the necessary documentation and procedures to be followed. She successfuelly passed Professional Project Management course in June 2018, based on PMI methodology and then, in June 2022, she upgraded her professional experiences with a new qualification diploma in Interior design.
