Antoaneta Radanlieva

Antoaneta Radanlieva has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate field. As part of the real estate management services (REMS) department, she has supervised residential properties, holiday resorts, office buildings and commercial centers. In the beginning of 2010 Antoaneta joined the management team of the largest at that time shopping mall in Bulgaria - The Mall. In her capacity of Operations Officer she was deeply involved in the operational and facility management aspects of the work and significantly contributed to the successful start of the center and its day-to-day efficient functioning.

Currently, Antoaneta works as Manager Key Accounts in Colliers REMS department and has a key role in the provision of high-quality services to each project under Colliers management. Her client portfolio includes companies such as Siemens, BNP Paribas, Antim Tower, The Mall, Merck, Servier, JDE, Xerox, Blue Box 1,  Poker Stars, San Stefano Plaza.

Antoaneta has been instrumental in the development of Colliers property management services. She played the fundamental role in establishing the service in the residential segment. Her experience, market expertise and professional approach were very important for the reputation of Colliers property management services.
