After the sale of the site in Grimbergen, Jacobs Douwe Egberts decided to look for a new location to settle their business. This new place became the 1st floor of the Buro &Design Center in Strombeek.
Near to public transport which was of big importance to them. Colliers also investigated the degree of occupancy, the number of square meters needed, next to archiving and stock needs.

Goals:
- Validation of the new office concept (number of workstations, meeting rooms, bubbles)
- Corporate Identity & Core Business JDE translated into the new work environment,
- Coordination of the reconstruction of the floor (from Casco situation) with new techniques and fit-out specifically for JDE
Methodology:
- Creation of the plans as per the defined concept
- Choosing finishes and decorative elements to create an environment that reflects the values of JDE
- Selection of the new furniture
- Follow-up of the works until the final reception and move
