Logistics/Industrial market in Vienna and surroundings: Vienna Research Forum publishes its figures for the first half of 2021

Before Michael Messner joined Colliers Austria he was responsible for Corporate Real Estate Management, Asset Management & Growth as well as for Investments in Central-Eastern Europe and Turkey at OMV AG, Austria's largest industrial group. He realized a number of large-volume, international real estate projects in various asset classes. The development and realization of industrial- and logistic-parks, the optimization of the entire asset-basis and the transformation of brownfields into high-quality investment products, formed the basis of his activities.
Since April 2021 he now strengthens the team of Colliers in Vienna and leads the Industrial & Logistics Department.

Andrea Schärfinger joined Colliers in March 2014 as assistant in the Industrial & Logistics Department. She supports the Industrial & Logistics team in all matters and is also part of the Valuation & Advisory department.
Before Colliers she worked as a market researcher in a big global company.
Daniela Schuster joined Colliers in April 2017 as an assistant in the Industrial & Logistics department. She supported the I&L team in all matters and was able to profitably support the Valuation & Advisory department in parallel during this time and continuously gain experience in real estate valuation. Since May 2022, she has been working as a consultant in the valuation department. She is still supporting the I&L team in particular with regard to market research, appraisals of properties in the course of tendering and in marketing matters.
Previously, she worked in university research in the natural sciences and gained experience in marketing and sales at one of the world's largest suppliers of digital photography and printing. She successfully completed a further qualification as a junior project manager IPMA Level D and uses the acquired knowledge profitably in the efficient handling of the projects assigned to her at Colliers.
