Kärntner Straße 26 successfully leased to Porsche Holding Salzburg by Colliers
The Porsche Holding Salzburg is moving its innovative “MOONCITY” concept to Vienna’s city center: the showroom and the information center about electric mobility of the Volkswagen Group has so far been a “Pop Up”, located in Mariahilfer Straße 53 – thanks to the brokerage of Colliers it has found a new home. And this is perfectly located: in the popular pedestrian zone Kärntner Straße, at the corner of Marco-d’Aviano-Gasse and in the immediate proximity of the new underground car park at Neuer Markt, which is currently being built.
The space of altogether 422 square meters is divided into three levels. In the showroom on the ground floor, electric cars of the Volkswagen Group will be represented: VW, Audi, Škoda, Seat, Cupra, Porsche. The mission of MOON is to enable electric mobility for everyday life and therefore also exciting events and workshops will be hosted in the “MOONCITY” – the big opening by Porsche Holding Salzburg is planned in autumn.
Colliers Austria was exclusively entrusted by the owner with the lease and was able to broker the space after only two months of marketing.
