The former Elektro Haas-Warehouse with 4.400 m² has a new owner thanks to Colliers.
With good news, despite the lockdown, the international real estate broker Colliers is starting into the second quarter: the Industry and Logistics department could win a new owner for a top object in Seyring near Gerasdorf. The enormous warehouse stands on a property of 6.000 m² in Brünner Straße directly at the traffic junction Eibesbrunn, in immediate vicinity to the G3-Shopping Centre. The seller of the warehouse, which was used as storage space by Elektro Haas until 2018, is LLB Immo Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. With Colliers as leasing agent, a private owner is now calling the first-class storage space his own.
