About Me
Juan Manuel joined Colliers as broker of our Retail business unit in 2008.
He provides Landlord and Tenant representation services and acts as a consultant for clients that are searching for a very specific location, whether it is in Buenos Aires, the suburbs or Rosario city. He is our most experienced broker in the retail sector.
Juan Manuel has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2001, mainly performing real estate appraisals, contract negotiations, client portfolio management and supervision of VIP accounts.
He represents Colliers International in the renegotiation of contracts, and in Landlord Representation. He is also in charge of generating commercial contacts for potential relevant clients in the sector.
