Before joining Colliers International, he worked for 6 years as a Graphic Designer, freelance and doing work for the Ministry of Culture of his hometown. He was a teacher in Middle Level Technical Education, teaching subjects such as Design, Technical Drawing and Visual Arts. His experience prior to Colliers was in a food distribution company developing as Online Sales and Marketing Manager.

Fermín joined the Colliers International team in mid-2021 to work as Coordinator of the Marketing & Research Area, accompanying the Argentine team in the tasks of listing management, market research and support to the commercial areas of Argentina.
