About Me
Founder and main shareholder of the Badino S.A. branches, he met Colliers in 1992 (first agreement) as soon as our country started opening the economic frontiers, adding global scope to his local experience
He has participated in various major real estate developments and projects, and has collaborated with more than 100 companies, both national, as well as multinational ones, with their real estate needs.
He is currently performing executive management functions, controlling operations in Argentina.
During his 40 years in the real estate activity, he has formed an important track record of operations.
Alejandro introduced and carried out the first sale and lease-back operation of the country, for an amount exceeding U$S 20 millions, in the early nineties.
In 2006 the Austral University entrusted him with the development of the University Technological Park, of Argentina.
He has been invited on various occasions by entities such as the Argentine Chamber of Property and Real Estate Activities (Cámara Argentina de la Propiedad Horizontal y Actividades Inmobiliarias), The
Austral University, and the Polytechnic University of Madrid, as speaker on current topics.
