Migena Zace

Migena joined Colliers in January 2008 as Junior Advisor and Valuation Trainee.  She has 13 years work experience in economics, analysis of markets, and real estate valuations.

Migena has successfully accomplished several valuation reports, valuations, and market research reports, most of them prepared for large scale projects in the office, hotel, residential and retail submarkets. She has also worked on several valuation projects in Kosovo. After her first master degree (European Economic Studies) earned in 2008 from the University of Tirana and University of Bamberg, in 2012 she earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading (England). In 2009, she has received the LEED AP title from the U.S Green Building Council. Since early 2014 she is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Migena has successfully accomplished several feasibility reports, valuations, and market reports, most of them prepared for large scale projects in the office, hotel, residential and retail submarkets. She has also worked on several valuation projects in Kosovo. After her first master degree (European Economic Studies) she is earned her second master degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading ( UK) in 2012. In 2009, she has earned the LEED AP title from the US Green Building Institute.
