Ben joined Colliers in October 2016, with more than twelve years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate & Property Management.
Ben oversees the Property Management, Corporate Solutions & Commercial Agency Departments across the MENA region,
Ben possesses a wide range of skills, allowing him to accurately and professionally manage clients needs across a multitude of sectors, from large scale shopping malls, multi use portfolios to smaller commercial units, and is accomplished at attending to high profile clients and projects, bringing reassurance to landlords, investors and tenants, creating long-term relationships.
Ben oversees & manages the Property Management Department (REMS) including all tenant and contractor liaison, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, policy/procedure creation and implementation, as well advising on asset improvements including energy efficiency & profit maximization.
Ben's vast experience of the local property market and excellent network provides the know-how required to deliver optimal client outcomes. His approachable nature and attention to detail provides the results our clients require.
