As an Executive Director, Taku will be responsible for the Investment Services Team.
He will support the client’s investment by providing Deal Sourcing Services, Asset Management Services, etc.

He has over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage and investment management. He joins Colliers from Mizuho Trust & Baking Co., Ltd, where he accumulated over 12 years of experience as a real estate broker and 8 years of experience in finance and investment management. At Mizuho, he also directed a strategic planning team at a real estate asset management subsidiary. He was responsible for M&A, equity investment, and business development.
